压型钢板-竹胶板组合墙体抗震性能试验研究

【摘要】 竹胶板与压型钢板之间通过胶粘剂粘结构成压型钢板-竹胶板组合墙体,本文针对这一新型的钢竹组合墙体进行了试验研究。以竹胶板厚度,芯部压型钢板厚度及波高为参数,进行了5块钢竹组合墙体的拟静力加载试验,得到了组合墙体的承载力指标以及延性系数、耗能系数等抗震性能指标,其结果表明,竹胶板厚度对墙体的水平抗剪强度和刚度的影响不大,而芯部压型钢板的厚度和波高的变化对墙体承载力指标和抗震性能指标影响显著。研究表明,钢竹组合墙体的整体工作性能优良,竹胶板与钢板之间具有很好的组合效应,能够提供较高的承载力和刚度,延性较好,是一种轻质、高强、节能、抗震性能良好的结构受力构件。
【Abstract】 This paper studies a novel bamboo-steel composite wall composed by gluing two pieces of bamboo plywood on the surface and a piece of profiled steel sheet in the core.Taking the thickness of the bamboo plywood and the thickness and corrugation-height of the profiled steel sheet as variables,quasi-static tests were performed on 5 pieces of the composite walls to acquire their bearing capacity,ductility,coefficients of energy dissipation,and other parameters of their seismic performances.Analysis shows that changes of thickness of bamboo plywood have little effect on shear strength and stiffness of the walls.However,changes of thickness or corrugation-height of profiled steel sheet make very sharp differences to bearing capability of the walls and their seismic performances.Test results reveal that the tested walls with the composite sections work well,which have higher bearing capacity,stiffness and excellent ductility.So it is proper for this kind of composite walls to be used as structural member for its light weight,high strength,eco-friendly and good seismic performance.
