细观力学经典理论适用性探讨

【摘要】 对基于连续介质细观力学的四种均匀化经典理论,即稀疏解法、Mori-Tanaka方法、自洽法和广义自洽法的适用范围进行了探讨。假定复合材料由夹杂和基体组成的二相材料,采用随机夹杂模型程序,建立复合材料数值模型。将有限元数值试验得出的复合材料宏观有效弹性模量与上述经典理论预测的结果进行比较,对这些理论的适用性进行讨论,并给出各自的适用范围。最后,应用上述理论预测含刚性夹杂或空洞的复合材料有效弹性性能并对其适用性问题进行了讨论。

【Abstract】 The application range of four classical theories,namely Dilute-distribution solution,Mori-Tanaka method,Self-consistent method and Generalized self-consistent method in continuum mesomechanics are discussed separatively.Assume that the composite material is a two-phase composite materials composed only by inclusion and matrix.Using the random aggregate concrete model program the numerical models of composite samples are generated.The macroscopic effective elastic modulus of two-phase concrete derived from the numerical experiments based on finite element method are compared with the results predicted by these classical theories respectively.The applicability of these theoretical methods is discussed and the application range is obtained.The applicability of using these classical theoretical methods to predict effective elastic properties of two-phase composite material composed by matrix and rigid inclusions or cavities is discussed lastly.
