【摘要】 [目的]探讨采用显微松解术治疗腰椎间盘术后硬膜、神经根挫伤与疤痕粘连并伴有严重肢端麻木和剧烈的根性疼痛的临床效果。[方法]34例腰椎后路椎间盘切除术后再次入院患者,在手术显微镜下,切除硬膜背侧的疤痕恢复硬膜囊的波动,对于硬膜有疤痕组织粘连并有挛缩的,行减张切开或将挛缩的硬脊膜切除,同时行疤痕段神经根鞘膜切开。[结果]22例在24 h内肢端麻木和根性疼痛症状完全消失,10例15d内症状基本消失,平均时间为6.88 d。[结论]采用显微外科技术对腰椎间盘术后有硬膜及神经根挫伤、粘连并伴有严重肢端麻木和剧烈的根性疼痛的患者行硬膜、神经根挫伤与疤痕粘连松解治疗的初步临床观察效果良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To introduce a method of micro-debonding to cure the severe acra numbness and the nerve root pain which are caused by nerve root and hard mask contusion and cicatricial adhesion and to test its clinical effects.[Method]34 cases who underwent surgery for lumbar disc herniation with severe extremity end numbness and radicular pain were included in this study.incision and decompression adhesion of epidural and the nerve root to restoration subdural fluctuation by microsurgery,those severity case with dural contracture incision or excision of the dura mater,at the same time incision nerve root sheath.[Results] The average time of healing was 6.88 days.The symptoms disappeared within 24 hours in the 22 patients while within 15 days in the others.[Conclusion]The clinical effects of microsurgery which is used to cure the severe acra numbness and the nerve root pain which are caused by nerve root and hard mask contusion and cicatricial adhesion are proved well.更多还原
