【摘要】 [目的]观察Ilizarov外固定架治疗陈旧性跟骨Ⅲ型畸形愈合的临床效果。[方法]自2006年7月-2009年2月,我院采用一期距下关节融合、跟骨截骨并Ilizarov外固定架牵伸二期纠正畸形治疗陈旧性跟骨Ⅲ型畸形愈合25例。对这些病例应用美国足踝协会的后足评分系统进行结果评价。[结果]共完整随访陈旧性跟骨Ⅲ型畸形愈合病例25例,平均随访时间18.3个月(6～36个月)。81%的患者取得内、外翻畸形的解剖复位或近解剖复位。根据AOFAS评分为79.4分,优2例、良18例、可或差5例。优良率为80.0%。[结论]对于陈旧性跟骨Ⅲ型畸形愈合患者采用一期距下关节融合、跟骨截骨并Ilizarov外固定架缓慢牵伸纠正畸形治疗效果良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]TO investigate the clinical operative effect of maluninons TypeⅢof delayed calcaneal fracture with Ilizarov external fixtor.[Method]From January 2006 to February 2009,25 cases who suffered from maluninons TypeⅢof delayed calcaneal fracture were treated with combined operations,including subtalar arthrodesis and calcaneal osteotomy with employing the Ilizarov externor fixtor.[Results] The average follow-up was 18.3 months(6 to 36 months).According to the AOFAS score system,2 cases got excellent results and 18 good results.The good and excellent rate was 80.0%.[Conclusion]Subtalar arthrodesis and calcaneal osteotomy with employing the Ilizarov externor fixtor were effective ways for treating maluninons TypeⅢof delayed calcaneal fracture.更多还原
