【摘要】 目的:根据病理特点,基底细胞癌可分为非侵袭性基底细胞癌(non-invasive basal cell carcinoma,NIBCC)与侵袭性基底细胞癌(invasive basal cell carcinoma,IBCC),本实验目的在于研究非侵袭性基底细胞癌(NIBCC)与侵袭性基底细胞癌(IBCC)的Bcl-2,Ki67的表达,并探讨两者在BCC生物学行为中的意义,为临床的预后判断提供帮助。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测40例BCC石蜡标本组织(20例非侵袭性,20例侵袭性)中的Bcl-2,Ki67蛋白表达。结果:在40例BCC中,其中20例非侵袭性BCC的Bcl-2呈强阳性表达,达到80%,而20例侵袭性BCC的Bcl-2的表达则以弱阳性为主,达到75%,两者有显著差异。另20例非侵袭性BCC中Ki67表达则以弱阳性为主,达到65%,而20例侵袭性BCC的Ki67呈强阳性表达,达到80%,两者有显著差异。结论:Bcl-2、Ki6可作为判断BCC预后的参考指标,但尚不能作为衡量BCC恶性程度的指标,Ki67可作为衡量BCC侵袭性的较好指标之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:According to basal cell carcinoma pathological features,there are two types including non-invasive basal cell carcinoma(NIBCC) and invasive basal cell carcinoma(IBCC).Our study is to investigate the expression of Bcl-2 and Ki67.and their significance of biology in non-invasive basal cell carcinoma(NIBCC)and invasive basal cell carcinoma(IBCC).Methods:40 BCC cases were divided into 2 groups(20 in non-invasive BCC,20 in invasive BCC).We used SPimmunohistochemical staining for observing the expression of Bcl-2 and Ki67 in NIBCC and IBCC.Results:In 40 BCCs,the non-invasive BCCs demonstrated high Bcl-2 labeling, but the invasive BCCs were low Bcl-2 labeling.their rates were 85%and 75%respectively.The difference between them was significant, the non-invasive BCCs demonstrated low Ki67 labeling.but the invasive BCCs demonstrated high Ki67 labeling.two group rates were 75%and 80%,respectively.The difference between them was significant.Conclusion:Based on this study,the Bcl-2 and Ki67 genes may be one of prognosis marken of the patients with BCC,but still not be taken as an indicator of the malignancy in Bccs,Ki67 is a good indicator in assessing the invasiveness of BCC.更多还原
