【摘要】 目的:研究CD44v3及CD44v6在舌鳞癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理因素的关系。方法:免疫组织化学方法检测中山大学附属第二医院口腔颌面头颈外科1996年1月～2006年12月单纯接受手术的71例舌鳞癌石蜡标本中CD44v3及CD44v6的表达,用SPSS13.0统计软件分析CD44v3及CD44v6的表达与舌鳞癌患者的年龄、性别、临床分期、肿瘤分化程度、淋巴结转移等临床病理因素的关系。结果:1.舌鳞癌CD44v6阳性百分数及CD44v3阳性百分数均高于癌旁CD44v6阳性百分数及CD44v3阳性百分数(P值均小于<0.001)。2.舌鳞癌CD44v6及CD44v3阳性百分数有统计学相关(Spearman相关系数为0.494,P<0.001)。3.淋巴结转移与无淋巴结转移组间舌鳞癌CD44v6阳性强度及CD44v3阳性强度均有统计学差异(P值分别为0.023及0.019)。4.淋巴结转移与无淋巴结转移组间舌鳞癌CD44v6阳性强度及CD44v3阳性强度均有统计学差异(P值分别为0.023及0.019)。结论:舌鳞癌CD44v3及CD44v6表达与淋巴结转移有关,检测它们有助于判断患者的预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 PURPOSE:The aim of this study was to investigate the expression of CD44v3 and CD44v6 in human tongue quamous cell carcinoma(HTSCC) and the relationship between their expressions and the clinical data.MATERIALS AND METHODS:71 cases paraffin-embedded specimen of the patients who underwent radical surgery barely from 1996.01 to 2006.12,in the Department of Oral and Maxillaficial Surgery,the Second Affiliated Hospital,Sun Yat-Sen University were collected.The samples were detected for CD44v3 and CD44v6 expression by immunohistochemistry method.The relationship between the expression of CD44v3 and CD44v6 and the clinical data including age,gender,clinical stage,tumor differentiation was analyzed with SPSS 13.0 soft package.RESULTS: 1.The percentage of CD44v6 positive cells in HTSCC was statistically higher than that in tumor margin(the mean percentage was 35% and 19.24%,respectively,P<0.001),and there was a correlation between the percentage of CD44v6 positive cells in HTSCC and that in tumor margin(rs=0.673,P<0.001).2.The percentage of CD44v3 positive cells in HTSCC was significantly higher than that in tumor margin(the mean percentage was 54.32%and 19.24%,respectively,P<0.001),and there was a coirelation between the percentage of CD44v3 positive cells in HTSCC and that in tumor margin(rs=0.673,P=0.012).3.There was a positive relationship between the percentage of CD44v6 positive cells in HTSCC and that of CD44v3 positive cells in HTSCC(rs=0.494,P<0.001).4.The patients with positive lymph node(s) had higher CD44v3 score and higher CD44v6 score in HTSCC than those people with negative lymph node(P= 0.023,0.019,respectively).CONCLUSIONS:There was(is) a statistically relationship between the expression of CD44v3(or CD44v6) and lymph node(s) metastasis.Detection of CD44v3 or CD44v6 may be helpful to predict the prognosis of HTSCC patients.更多还原
