【摘要】 目的:探讨腮腺区域性切除术在腮腺多形性腺瘤治疗中的临床应用价值。方法:采用保留腮腺主导管及部分腮腺而切除肿瘤及瘤周0.5～1.0cm腺体组织方法治疗腮腺多形性腺瘤186例。结果:186例经2年～12年随访,复发2例,面神经暂时性麻痹17例,味觉出汗综合征22例。结论:腮腺区域性切除术是治疗腮腺多形性腺瘤较好的手术方法,具有一定的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore regional parotid gland surgery in pleomorphic adenoma in the treatment of clinical valuement. Method:Reservations about the use and possession of the lead part of the parotid gland and parotid gland tumor and the tumor resection 0.5～1.0cm-week treatment organizations parotid gland pleomorphic adenoma 186 cases.Results:186 cases by 2 years to 12 years of follow-up,recurrence in 2 cases,temporary paralysis of the facial nerve in 17 cases,22 cases of Frey syndrome.Conclusion: Parotid regional excision is the treatment of pleomorphic adenoma better surgical techniques,have some clinical value.更多还原
