【摘要】 目的:探讨p27和增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)在口腔鳞状细胞癌(OSCC)中的表达、两指数间的关系以及临床意义。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测OSCC 55例、正常口腔粘膜上皮组织5例以及异常增生的口腔鳞状上皮20例的p27蛋白和PCNA的表达。结果:P27蛋白及PCNA在OSCC中的阳性表达率分别为为40%,80%,与正常及增生的口腔粘膜上皮相比均有显著差异(P<0.01,P<0.05);两者均与性别、年龄无关(P>0.05)。均与临床分期、分化程度、淋巴结是否转移各自相关(P<0.05)。本研究还分别统计了两者在异常增生的口腔粘膜中及OSCC中表达的相关性,其在OSCC中表达两者呈负相关(r=-0.510,P<0.01),在异常增生的口腔粘膜中表达无统计学意义为不相关(r=0.154,P>0.05)。结论:p27的减弱表达和PCNA增强表达不但可以各自成为OSCC的恶性程度判定及预后的指标,深入研究两者的负相关对我们在临床诊断和治疗OSCC中有着极为重要的研究价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the expression of p27 protein and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) in oral squamous cell carcinomas(OSCC) and to determine the relationship between them.METHODS:SP immunohistochemistry was used to study p27 protein and PCNA in 55 cases of OSCC、5 biopsies of normal oral mucosa 20 hyperplastic tissues.RESULT:The rate of expression of p27 protein and PCNA in OSCC are 40.0%,80.0%,which are observed very different from normal oral mucosu and dysplasia tissues(P<0.01,P<0.05).They all don’t correlate with age gender(P>0.05).They all correlate with mahgnant behavior,clinical stages and whether lymphnode matastasis or not of the neoplasm.(P<0.05) We also found that there are an inveree correlations between the expression of p27 protein and PCNA in OSCC(r=-0.510,P<0.01),but not in dysplasia tissues.(r=0.154,P>0.05).CONCLUTION:Decrease of p27 protein expression and increase of PCNA expression may be an important indicator which stand for malignant behavior of this neoplasm. These results suggest that their inverse correlation between PCNA and p27 in various forms of oral squamous cell carcinomas may be of prognostic and therapy value.更多还原
