【摘要】 目的:研究Ezrin蛋白在口腔鳞状细胞癌(Oral squamous cell carcinoma,OSCC)中的表达,探讨其在OSCC病变中的作用及其临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学法S-P法检测52例OSCC及30例正常的舌粘膜组织中Ezrin蛋白的表达,数据采用SPSS13.0统计软件进行X~2检验。结果:Ezrin蛋白在病理分级的高分化组阳性表达率为43.75%、中分化组阳性表达率为71.43%、低分化组阳性表达率为86.67%,三者之间对比有显著性差异(p<0.05),与正常对照组有显著性差异(p<0.01);在临床分期为早期(Ⅰ级+Ⅱ级)组中阳性表达率为44,44%,晚期(Ⅲ级+Ⅳ级)组中阳性表达率为79.41%,二者之间存在显著性差异(p<0.05)。结论:Ezrin蛋白的表达与OSCC发生和发展关系密切,检测该指标有助于判断OSCC的病理分级、临床分期和预后的关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To detect the expression of Ezrin in human oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC) and expore its clinicopathological significance.Methods:The expression of Ezrin in 52 cases of OSCC and 30 cases of normal oral squamous tissue.was detected by immunohistochemistry using S-P staining.The correlation of eaeh score according to the intensity and percentage of labeled cells or intercellular substnace with relevant clinical date was statistically analyzed by SPSS13.0 soft with x~2 test.Results:The postive rates of Ezrin in well differentiated OSCC group were 43.75%、in moderately differentiated OSCC group were 71.43%and in poorly differentiated OSCC group were 86.67%,There were significant differences for Ezrin postive rates in different grades(P<0.05),and significantly higher in OSCC than that in normal oral mucosal tissue(P<0.01).The postive rates of Ezrin in clinical early stage group were 44.44% and in clinical advanced stage group were 79.41%.There were significant differences in two stages(P<0.05).Conclusions:There was significant correlation between the expression of Ezrin and OSCC generation or development,which may indicate the clinic prognostic significance and prognosis.更多还原
