【摘要】 目的:了解广州市人群麻疹抗体水平,为实施有效的麻疹预防和控制策略提供科学依据。方法:2008年对全广州市9个区的孕妇、新生儿及0岁～20岁以上的部分人群作为检测对象,采用ELISA法检测麻疹IgG抗体。结果:调查4043名健康者,其中抗体阳性2810人,阳性率为70.39%。结论:广州市麻疹抗体阳性率保持在较高水平,不同年龄组抗体水平存在显著差异,说明在一定年龄组加强免疫接种的必要性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To find out measles antibody level among pupulation in Guangzhou and to provide scientific evidence of measels prevention and control.Methods:Expectant mothers,newborn and those of 0～20 years old in 9 districts in Guangzhou were enrolled for mealses IgG antibody detecting by ELISA.Results:The positive prevalence rate of measles antibody was 70.39%(2810/4043).Conclusion:Higher measles antibody level was found among Guangzhou pupulation and those of different agegroups differed in their antibody level.It was of necessity to enhance measles vaccine vaccination among certain pupulation.更多还原
