数字化多道脉冲幅度分析器的研制

【摘要】 本文介绍了大学核物理教学实验中的一种基于FPGA全数字化的多道脉冲幅度分析器的研制,利用数字双甄别阈值提高了系统的抗干扰能力,采用双缓冲存储的方式减少了传输死时间,应用USB总线实现了系统实时监控和能谱数据传输。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces a kind of digital multi-channel analyzer which was developed for Nuclear and Particle Experiment of Undergraduate Student in USTC. To improve the capability of anti-noise, a dual digital thresholds and dual buffer memories was designed in system. The host computer can set up and monitor MCA real-time, read and write data from MCA by an USB interface.
