【摘要】 目的:探讨采用合理用药国际指标干预和评价我院甲状腺切除围术期合理应用抗菌药物的可行性。方法:在我院普通外科设立干预组和非干预组,参考合理用药国际指标对干预前(2007年3～8月)和干预后(2008年3～8月)同期出院的甲状腺手术患者进行干预对照研究。结果:干预后,干预组预防性应用抗菌药物平均持续时间由6.83d缩短至2.50d,平均住院时间由8.24d缩短至7.15d,平均住院药费由1895.99元下降至1375.26元,抗菌药物费用由852.11元下降至538.53元,抗菌药物费用占住院药费的比例有所下降;非干预组在同期各项指标变化不大。结论:采用合理用药国际指标干预和评价围术期合理应用抗菌药物具有有效性和可操作性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the feasibility of intervention methods and a set of indicators which evaluate the rational use of antimicrobial agents at perioperative period, we undertake the intervention study for rational antibiotics use on perioperative period of the thyreoidectomy. Method: The selected international index of rational drug use were applied to evaluate the use of antimicrobials during the perioperative period. Intervention was carried out and compared the results of the intervened group with those of the non-intervened group at the same period on inpatient surgical cases of thyreoidectomy. Data statistics was analyzed bySPSS11.5 software. RESULTS:After intervention,the average antimicrobial application days of intervened group were decreased from 6.83 to 2.51(P<0.01),the average hospital stay of patients who receive thyreoidea resection operation fell from 8.24 d to 7.15d (P<0.05),the average cost of all medicine and antibiotics were droped from 1895.99 yuan to 1375.26 yuan (P<0.01)and 852.11 yuan to 538.53 yuan (P<0.01)respectively . The same indicators of non-intervened group don,t changed remarkably Conclusions: The methods and indicators such as the average antimicrobial application days、the average hospital stay of patients 、the average cost of all medicine and antibiotics et al are proved to be potentially useful to evaluate the rational use of antimicrobial agents at perioperative period.更多还原
