第一次氧化时间及扩孔方式对氧化铝模板的影响

【摘要】 制备高度有序、尺寸均一的氧化铝模板和氧化铝模板阻挡层的去除以及扩孔是获得均一有序双通模板的重要环节,而采用不同的扩孔方式将会获得不同形貌的模板并对将要制备的一维纳米材料产生重要影响;针对这一问题,研究了第一次氧化时间以及不同的扩孔方式对氧化铝模板孔径和形貌的影响,通过对第一次氧化时间和两种扩孔方式对氧化铝模板孔径和形貌影响的比较,得到了第一次氧化时间以及扩孔方式对氧化铝模板的影响规律;同时对通孔、扩孔的腐蚀速率进行了初步的探讨。
【Abstract】 Preparation of highly ordered uniform anodic aluminium oxide templates and removal of barrier layer and pore-extending of AAO templates play an important role in getting regular uniform double-via sturcture. However,different pore-extending methods have a significance on template morphology and as-prepared one-dimensional nanomaterials.In view of this question,effects of the first anodization time and two different kinds of pore-extending methods on morphology and pore diameter of AAO templates were studied in this article,the effects of the first anodization time and pore-extending methods on templates morphology were obtained by experiment of comparison,meanwhile,the corrosion rate of removing barrier layer and enlarging pores was also studied.
