铁路钢桥用氟碳涂料耐候性能研究

【摘要】 以四氟型氟碳树脂为基料,制得了具有优异耐候性能的氟碳涂料。研究了不同树脂、固化剂、钛白粉对氟碳涂料耐候性能的影响,通过SEM对户外暴晒后的不同漆膜表面状况进行了表征。结果表明当选用四氟型氟碳树脂、三聚体型异氰酸酯固化剂、包膜金红石型钛白粉,氟碳面漆的耐人工加速老化可达4000h,户外暴晒30个月后漆膜表面基本无变化,光泽保持率在90%以上。
【Abstract】 Excellent weather resistant fluorocarbon coatings were prepared using tetrafluoro-type fluorocarbon resins.The weatherability of the coatings was studied by different resins,curing agents and titanium dioxiders, and the surface of the paint films after exposed outdoor were invetigated by scanning electron microscope (SEM).The results indicated that the accelerated aging time of the fluorocarbon films was up to 4,000h,the changes of the films surface were not obvious after exposed outdoor for 30 months,and the gloss retention ratio exceeded 90%when using tetrafluoro resins,isocyanuric acid esters and coating rutile titanium dioxides.
