α-Fe2O3空心微球的制备与气敏性能研究

【摘要】 利用蔗糖作为形貌控制剂,尿素为沉淀剂,160℃水热反应后经500℃煅烧4h得到了α-Fe2O3空心微球。利用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜对产物的结构进行了分析和表征。结果表明,产物为单相的六方结构,颗粒尺寸40~100nm的纳米颗粒组装形成了直径为1~3μm的空心微球,随着蔗糖用量的增加,α-Fe2O3空心微球表面逐渐变得致密,并利用气敏特性静态测试仪对α-Fe2O3空心微球的气敏性能进行了检测。

【Abstract】 α-Fe2O3 hollow microspheres were successfully prepared by a hydrothermal approach using sucrose as morphology controlled agent,urea as precipitant and followed by calcination at 500℃for 4h.The structure ofα-Fe2O3 hollow microspheres was studied by XRD,SEM.The results show that the products were pureα-Fe2O3 with a hexagonal structure.And the microspheres with a diameter of 1-3μm were assembled byα-Fe2O3 nanoparticles (40-100nm),the surface ofα-Fe2O3 hollow microspheres densified with the increasing of sucrose concentration. Above all,the gas sensing properties of the sensors based on theα-Fe2O3 hollow microspheres were investigated.
