溶胶-凝胶法合成Li4Ti5O12锂离子电池负极材料及其电化学性能研究

【摘要】 采用溶胶-凝胶法,以乙酰丙酮(ACAC)为稳定剂、聚乙二醇(PEG)为分散剂,合成了尖晶石型钛酸锂。通过X射线衍射(XRD),扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和恒电流充放电测试对材料的结构,形貌和电化学性能进行了表征和分析。结果表明,在700℃烧结3h的条件下合成了结晶良好的亚微米纯相尖晶石型钛酸锂,并具有良好的循环性能和倍率性能。该材料的首次放电比容量为169mAh g-1,以0.2,0.5,1,2C倍率放电进行测试,50次循环后克容量分别为164,141,132,110mAh g-1,并利用循环伏安曲线(CV)分析了该材料的电化学机理。

【Abstract】 Spinel Li4Ti5O12 was successfully prepared by sol-gel processing using acetylacetone as chelating ligand, and polyethylene glycol as template.The morphology,phase structure and electrochemical performance of Li4Ti5O12 were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM) and charge-discharge tests.It was found that sub-micron pure spinel Li4Ti5O12 was obtained upon calcination at temperature of 700℃over three hours,which exhibits very good cycling life with an initial specific discharge capacity of 169mAh g-1.When tested at a rate of 0.2,0.5,1 and 2C,it still retained a discharge capacity of 164,141, 132,110mAh g-1,respectively,after 50 cycles,indicating that this anode material also has an excellence highrate performance.The Electrochemical mechanism of li-ion insertion/extraction was also investigated by Cyclic voltammetry(CV).
