聚苯胺纳米线的制备及电磁参量的研究

【摘要】 以聚苯胺(PANI)的N-甲基吡咯烷酮溶液为浸润液,采用直接浸润法在阳极氧化铝(AAO)模板中制备PANI纳米线,通过红外(IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)对产物的结构、形貌和结晶性进行了表征,结果表明成功制备出大量直径约60nm左右,表面具有很多孔径约3~5nm的纳米孔的PANI纳米线。CS7600精密原件参数测试仪(LCR)测试结果表明,掺杂前PANI/AAO复合材料的电容C_p约73pF,掺杂后C_p约80pF;并且经质子掺杂后在100Hz~2MHz范围内介电常数实部(ε′)比掺杂前明显降低,而介电常数虚部(ε″)无明显变化。

【Abstract】 Polyaniline(PANI) nanowires have been synthesized by direct immersing method within anodic aluminum oxide(AAO) template in PANI N-Methyl pyrrolidone solution.The structure,morphology and crystal-linity of the products were characterized by using infrared spectrometer(IR),scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results indicated that a large number of PANI nanowires were successfully synthesized.The average diameter of the nanowires was about 60 nm with many nanopores in 3-5nm size on the surface.Furthermore,LCR results indicate that the capacitance(C_p) of the un-doped PANI/AAO composite is about 73pF where as the acid-doped one is 80pF.The real part of dielectric constant(ε’) of the acid-doped PANI/AAO composite decrease significantly compared to the un-doped sample,while the imaginary part of dielectric constant(ε") of the doped composite keep constant.
