La2O3/MoSi2复合微粒掺杂对烧结钼热学性能的影响
The Influence of La2O3/MoSi to the properties of sintered molybdenum

【摘要】 采用机械球磨的方法制备了La2O3/MoSi2复合微粒。运用粉末冶金法制备了纯钼烧结坯及掺杂不同含量La2O3/MoSi2复合微粒的烧结钼坯,并对烧结钼的热膨胀系数和热传导率进行了检测。结果表明,La2O3/MoSi2复合微粒对烧结钼的热膨胀系数、热导率均有较大影响。其中,复合微粒添加量为1%时可明显降低烧结钼的热膨胀系数,添加量为0.5%和1.5%时可提高烧结钼的热导率。
【Abstract】 La2O3/MoSi2 composite particles were prepared by mechanical milling method.Sintered molybdenum with different addition of La2O3/MoSi2were prepared by powder metallurgy,and their coefficient of thermal expansion and thermal conductivity were detected.The results show that La2O3/MoSi2 composite particles influence the coefficient of thermal expansion,thermal conductivity.When the content of La2O3/MoSi2is 1%the coefficient of thermal expansion dropped clearly,and when the content of La2O3/MoSi2is 0.5%and 0.5%,the thermal conductivity was improved.
