一种纳米晶W-Cu合金药型罩的研制

【摘要】 利用高能球磨制取W-Cu合金化粉末,采用爆炸烧结的方法制取W-Cu合金药型罩材料。爆炸烧结样品相对致密度达到了99.6%,对爆炸烧结样品进行了EPMA的分析,结果表明样品内各成分及元素分布均匀。对烧结样品做XRD分析,计算其晶粒尺寸为26 nm。使用固结样品加工成W-Cu合金药型罩,显示了良好的成形性。进行无隔板的静破甲试验,并与相同工艺条件下制取的纯Cu药型罩相比,其静破甲能力提高了36%。

【Abstract】 The W-Cu alloy powders were produced by high-energy ball mill method.The W-Cu alloy as liner materials was fabricated by explosive consolidation.The consolidated sample had theoretical density of 99.6%. The sample was determined by EPMA,and the results showed that the composition and distribution of the elements were uniform.The sample was analyzed by XRD and the W crystalline sizes were measured as 26 nm. The sample was machined into W-Cu alloy liners,showing good forming property.Quiet armor piercing experiment of the W-Cu alloy liner of shaped charge without an insulating board indicates that the armor piercing capability is increased by 36 percent in comparison with the copper liner.
