【摘要】 目的了解氯喹对缅甸地区的间日疟病人的效果。方法氯喹公斤体重25mg[(基质)/kg·d×3d]和口服总剂量1200mg,3天两种剂量,然后在D0、D1、D2、D3、D7、D14、D21和D28观察其临床疗效。结果观察例数48例,所有患者体内的间日疟原虫在三天内全部阴转,原虫平均转阴时间为(41.9±10.49)h,原虫平均退热时间为(20.04±1.8)h。D1较D0原虫密度(无性体)下降率平均为93.5%,D2较D0原虫密度(无性体)下降率平均为99.5%,D3较D0原虫密度(无性体)下降率平均为100%。D1较D0原虫密度(有性体)下降率平均为94.3%,D2较D0原虫密度(有性体)下降率平均为100%。D28随访治愈率为100%。结论缅甸拉咱市的间日疟病例对氯喹治疗均敏感,由该地输入云南省的间日疟病例仍可采用氯喹作临床治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the efficacy of chloroquine for treatment of vivax malaria in China-Myanmar border.Method The cases were administrated with chloroquine according to their bodyweight(25mg/kg in 3 days ),or total dosage of 1200mg in 3 days,and the curative effect was observed and followed up on day 0、1、2、3、7、14、21、28.Results There are 50 cases enrolled into the study and completed the follow up of 28 days.All parasites of patients were cleaned out in the three days.The mean parasite clearance time and the fever clearance time were(41.9±10.49h and(22.04±1.8 ) h,respectively.The treatment success rate was 100%.The percentage of asexual parasite density was decreased to 93.5%between D0 and D1,to 99.5%between D0 and D2 and to 100%between D0 and D3,respectively.The percentage of sexual density parasitaemia was also declined to 94.5%between D0 and D1,to 99.5%between D0 and D2,respectively.The treatment success rate was 100%.Conclusion The Plasmodium vivax is sensitive to chloroquine in Lazan,Myanmar.The imported case of Plasmodium vivax from Myanmar border to China can be treated with chloroquine.更多还原
