大掺量锯末对粉煤灰烧结制品性能的影响

【摘要】 将大掺量锯末作为造孔剂制备多孔烧结制品,通过烧成收缩、吸水率、显气孔率、体积密度、抗压强度与显微结构等指标的分析,研究了锯末的掺入和掺量对粉煤灰-页岩烧结制品性能的影响。研究表明:掺入锯末后会试样的质量损失率、吸水率、显气孔率增加,体积密度减小,抗压强度明显降低,而且锯末掺量越大,效果越明显。SEM分析表明锯末的掺入可以使试样疏松,多孔。体积掺量为20%的锯末掺入到粉煤灰-页岩体系中可制备出高度收缩率为4.38%,显气孔率为43.91%,体积密度为1.39g/cm3,抗压强度为8.8MPa的烧结制品。

【Abstract】 this paper studied on firing shrinkage, water absorption rate, apparent porosity rate, volume density, compressive strength and microstructure of fly ash, shale sintered products, which prepared by doping into high volume sawdust as a pore-forming agent. The results show that specimens have properties increase mass loss rate, absorption rate and apparent porosity rate, reduce volume density, cause a sharp decrease of compressive strength at the same time. Analysis of SEM indicates that doping sawdust into sintered products would make specimens loose and porous. The sintered sample with 20% of sawdust (in volume) has a height shrinkage of 4.38%, apparent porosity rate of 43.91%, volume density of g/cm3 and compressive strength of 8.8MPa.
