矿渣巷旁充填胶凝材料的试验研究

【摘要】 巷旁充填材料的性能对沿空留巷充填支护效果影响显著。通过正交试验研究了石膏、石灰、硅酸钠对矿渣巷旁充填胶凝材料早期及后期强度的影响;对胶凝材料硬化体进行了综合热分析和扫描电镜分析,探讨了矿渣巷旁充填胶凝材料的水化机理。通过试验研究发现矿渣胶凝材料中石膏石灰均存在一个最佳掺量,制备出的胶凝材料早期强度高,后期强度稳定,适合作为巷旁充填材料的胶凝材料。
【Abstract】 The performance of roadside packing material has important impact on the gob-side entry retaining filling support.The paper researches the influence of gypsum,lime and sodium silicate on the early strength and late strength of the slag roadside packing cementitious material through orthogonal test,does integrated thermal analysis and SEM of cementitious material-hardened paste,discusses the hydration mechanism of slag roadside packing cementitious material.Through the trial study found that gypsum and lime had an optimum amount to slag cementitious material,the preparation of cementitious material had the high early strength and the stable later strength that meeted the cementitious material of roadside packing.
