磷酸和磷酸钠对氯氧镁水泥强度的影响及机理分析

【摘要】 磷酸根离子对氯氧镁水泥而言,是一种较好的改性剂,可以较好的提高其抗水性能等,但其改性机理仍需进一步探讨。通过磷酸和磷酸钠在单掺时对氯氧镁水泥强度的影响,得出它们对氯氧镁水泥具有不同的影响规律。随着磷酸掺量的增加,其强度呈递减趋势;而磷酸钠对其强度的影响,则是先增大后减小。结合化学反应平衡、同离子效应等相关理论,对磷酸和磷酸钠的作用机理进行了分析。并通过XRD和SEM测试,进一步分析了磷酸对氯氧镁水泥水化产物的影响。

【Abstract】 Phosphate anion is a type of good modifier for magnesium oxychloride cement(MOC).It can improve the resistivity against water,but its improving mechanics needs further discussion.The effects of phosphoric acid and sodium phosphate on strength of MOC were separately studied,and their different effect regulars were found.The strengths of hardened MOC had a gradual descending trend with the increase of mixed amount of phosphoric,and sodium phosphate was different,firstly increasing,and then decreasing.The effect mechanics was analyzed combining with correlated theory:chemical reaction equilibrium,common-ion effect,et al.The effects of phosphoric acid on hydrated product of MOC were further analyzed through the test of XRD and SEM.
