转炉钢渣中化学活性组分在水中的溶出特性研究

【摘要】 采用蒸发-冷凝法对不同来源钢渣中的化学活性组分进行了快速溶出试验,研究了其溶出特性与溶出机理。试验结果表明,钢渣中CaO的溶出量最大,SiO2次之,Al2O3最小。溶出过程符合由固体层内扩散控制的收缩未反应核模型特征,溶出速率符合KondoR.水化动力学方程。各化学活性组分溶出速率常数K与原料化学含量无显著性相关关系。
【Abstract】 Rapid dissolution experiments of chemical active components from converter steel slag were carried out and the dissolution characteristics and mechanics was studied through evaporation-condensation method Results show that the most quality of dissolution is CaO,SiO2 is the second and Al2O3 is the least.The dissolving process can be described by shrinking unreacted core model controlled by intra-paticle diffusion.The dissolution kinetics is accordance with Kondo R hydration kinetics equation.The dissolution rate constant K of any chemical active components has no significant correlation with its Chemical composition in materials.
