再生粗骨料替代率对再生混凝土的力学及抗冻性能影响

【摘要】 将水泥砂浆预处理后的村镇建筑垃圾作为再生粗骨料,以0,25%,50%,75%和100%的替代率加入到混凝土中,通过测试其抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和快速冻融循环后质量损失、抗压强度损失,研究再生粗骨料不同替代率对混凝土力学和抗冻性能的影响。研究结果表明:再生粗骨料的替代率对再生混凝土的力学和抗冻性能指标均有一定影响,但程度不同。当再生粗骨料替代率小于75%时,再生混凝土的力学及抗冻性能均优于普通混凝土;当再生粗骨料替代率达到100%时,再生混凝土的力学及抗冻性能均低于普通混凝土。

【Abstract】 The rural building material wastes pretreated by cement mortar serving as recycled aggregate was applied into concrete with different replacement rare:0,25%,50%,75%,and 100%and measuring compressive strength,cleavage tensile strength,mass loss after fast freeze-thaw cycles and compressive strength loss,influence of different recycled aggregate replacement rate on mechanical properties and frost resistance of concrete.The results indicate that the different recycled aggregate replacement rate certainly influenced concrete mechanical properties and frost resistance to different extent.With recycled aggregate replacement rate less than 75%,mechanical properties and frost resistance of recycled concrete were better than common concrete.The mechanical properties and frost resistance of recycled concrete were worse than common concrete when replacement rate was 100%.
