花椰菜环境敏感型雄性不育系的育性转换研究

【摘要】 本试验以花椰菜环境敏感型雄性不育系为材料,研究温光条件对花椰菜雄性不育育性影响,探讨花椰菜温敏不育系雄性育性的转换机制。通过大田和温室的分期播种及人工气候箱定温定光试验相结合的方法,对雄性不育育性转换进行研究。结果表明:温敏型的雄性不育的育性随着环境条件改变发生转换。其中温度是影响雄性不育育性的主要原因之一。当育性敏感期日平均温度高于17.6℃时,表现稳定不育;日平均温度为16~17.2℃时,则表现部分可育;低于16℃时,表现为育性恢复,自交结实率达到100%,通过光照时间长短的研究,发现光照时间是对其雄性不育育性无影响。得出了不同条件下的育性转换模式图,为实现花椰菜两系法杂交制种奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 Temperature and light conditions were studied to explore fertility conversion mechanism using Cauliflower environment-sensitive male sterile lines.Through different sowing in field and greenhouse and temperature and light in artificial climate boxwill be a combination to study male sterility fertility conversion.The results showed that:fertility of thermo-sensitive male sterility change with environmental conditions conversion.Temperature is one of the main impact causes of male sterility.When the average fertility sensitive date when the temperature is higher than 17.6℃,showing the steady infertility;daily average temperature is 16~17.2℃,showing partial infertility.But it show fertility resume when daily average temperature is lower 16℃.At the same time,we obtained under different conditions of fertility conversion model for the realization of two-line hybrid broccoli seed foundation.
