甘蓝叶球中莱菔硫烷含量的检测与分析

【摘要】 以33份甘蓝自交系和15份甘蓝杂交F1为材料,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定甘蓝叶球中莱菔硫烷的含量。结果表明,HPLC测定体系在0.5~50.0μg·mL-1检测范围内线性良好,回归方程:Y=4772.371X+125.2957,R=0.9999571,加样平均回收率为96.2%(RSD=1.3%);33份甘蓝自交系和15份甘蓝杂交F1的叶球中莱菔硫烷含量差异显著(P<0.05),甘蓝叶球中莱菔硫烷总含量分布范围为0.4283~5.7177μg·g-1FW(Fresh Weight),检出范围内最高含量值是最低含量值的13.34倍,其中,1.01~3.00μg·g-1FW之间的甘蓝材料分别占自交系和杂交F1的48.48%和73.3%,试验初步获得了2份莱菔硫烷含量较高的自交系和2份杂交F1,为进一部深入研究提供了良好材料。
【Abstract】 Sulforaphane in 33 inbred cabbages and 15 F1 cabbages were deremined and analyzed with HPLC.The research indicated that the calibration curve was linear over the concentration of 0.5-50.00μg·mL-1 for sulforaphane(r=0.9999571) and the recursive equation:Y= 4772.371X + 125.2957.The average recovery of sulforaphane was 96.2%and RSD=1.3%.The content in 33 inbred and 15 F 1 were significant(P<0.05),the sulforaphane content were 0.4283-57177μg·g-1 FW(Fresh weight),and the most largest value was 13.34 times than the least value in all the values.The vaule of 1.01-3.00μg·g-1 FW were 48.48%in 33 inbred cabbages and 73.3%in 15 F 1 cabbages.The trial suggested 2 inbred cabbages and 2 F 1 cabbages in higher content of sulforaphane correspondingly,which could be used for researching.
