植物离体雌核发育的研究进展
The Progress of Plants in Vitro Gynogenesis

【摘要】 对影响植物离体雌核发育的因素研究现状进行了综述,包括基因型、基本培养基、碳源的种类及浓度、激素种类及浓度、接种时期、预处理方式、接种方式及培养条件等因素对离体雌核发育的作用及影响。
【Abstract】 The influential factors of the plants in vitro gynogenesis are reviewed,including genotype,medium,the type and concentration of carbon source,the type and concentration of the hormone,inoculation period,pre-treatment,culture conditions,inoculation methods and so on.And also the effects of the influential factors.
