南瓜果实生长发育过程中主要营养成份的变化
The Change of Major Nutrient Component During the Growth and Development of Pumpkin Fruit

【摘要】 以蜜本南瓜为材料,对其果实生长发育过程中南瓜多糖、β-胡萝卜素、氨基酸、抗坏血酸、蛋白质、总糖、还原糖、矿质元素等主要营养成份含量的变化进行了研究。结果表明:南瓜多糖、β-胡萝卜素、氨基酸、蛋白质、总糖、还原糖的含量增加,但果实不同生长发育阶段各成份的增加幅度各不相同;抗坏血酸含量降低,但在果实生长发育的最后阶段又稍上升;矿质元素含量变化复杂;部分营养成份之间存在着一定的相关性。
【Abstract】 The change of the nutrients content of Miben pumpkin,pumpkin-amylase,β-carotene,aminophenol,Vc,protein,global sugar,reductive sugar,minerals etc.During the fruit growth and development was studied.The result is that the contents of pumpkin-amylase,β-carotene,aminophenol,protein,global sugar,reductive sugar increased but the increased extent of each component was different;that he contents of Vc decreased but it increased a little at the end of growth and development;the change of minerals content is complicated;there was some relativity among the nutrients.
