PP333对高山杜鹃花瓣生理特性的影响

【摘要】 以高山杜鹃‘粉金蝶’为试验材料,研究了不同浓度多效唑(PP333)处理对开化过程中花瓣生理特性的影响。结果表明:各处理对提高花瓣的SOD、POD活性,降低MDA含量和可溶性蛋白的降解速率均有明显效果,从而减少了MDA对花瓣的伤害,维护细胞膜结构的稳定,从而延缓花瓣的衰老,延长花期。综合各项指标,认为以900mg/LPP333处理效果最明显,为延长花期和提高花质提供理论依据。

【Abstract】 The Rhododendron ’Cosmopolitan’ were used as expiants,study on the influence of PP333 on some Physiological Characteristics of Rhododendron petal.Results showed that:all the treatments are obvious than ck,the activity of SOD、POD are improved,decrease the content of MDA and degradation rate of soluble protein,reduce the petaline injury result from MDA,maintain stability of structure of cell membrane,so it can delay the petaline aging,forescence was prolonged.Synthesized all the indices,it is concluded that treatment of 900 mg/LPP333 is significant,so it can provide theoretical basis for prolonged florescence and improve quality of flower.
