【摘要】 模式植物花发育ABC模式的建立,为更好地解释其他高等植物花发育进程提供了科学的依据。在比较模式植物与牡丹形态的基础上,根据ABC模式分析了牡丹花型演进的规律,推测基因过量表达机制和同源异型遗传机制是形成现有牡丹花型的主要调控机制,在牡丹花型发育中起着重要作用。牡丹花型发育符合ABC模式,牡丹花型分类的表型依据特征与花发育的分子机制是基本吻合的。更多还原

【Abstract】 ABC model provides great evidence for explaining the flower development of high plants.The phenotype of tree peony and the model plants is compared,and the evolvement rule of tree peony flower types is analyzed by using ABC model in this paper.The mechanism of gene over-expression and homeosis is speculated on the main reason for the fashion of tree peony, and plays an important role in tree peony flower evolvement.The evolvement rule of tree peony flower types accords with the ABC model,and the characters using in tree peony flower types classification agrees with the molecular mechanism of flower development.更多还原
