【摘要】 <正>利用秋水仙素加倍处理黄瓤西瓜,获得四倍体材料M863,以M863为母本,二倍体自交系F948为父本育成黄瓤无籽小型西瓜一代杂种无籽黄玉。其熟性早,全生育期85～90 d(天),果实发育期28～30 d(天)。植株生长势极强,易坐果。单瓜质量2.0～2.5 kg,爬地栽培每667 m2产量3 000 kg更多还原

【Abstract】 Wuzihuangyu is a new yellow-flesh seedlessmini-watermelon Flhybrid by crossingM863 with T948.The female parent M863 is a tetraploid by colchicine redoubling andT948 is a diploid and inbred line.Ithas earlymaturity and the fruitdeveloping period is about 28-30 days.The whole growth period is 85-90 days.Plants grow vigorously and have a good fruitsetting.Average fruit is2.0-2.5 kg inweightwith round shape and average yield is 45 t·hm^-2 in open field,52.5 t·hm^-2 in protected field.The yellow flesh is crisp and juicywith little fiber.The sugar content is 12%-13%in the centerwith little differentiation from the edge.It has stronger resistance to Fusarium wilt,blight and anthrac-nose than the control varieties.It has been extended to Auhui Jiangsu,Shanghai Zhejiang etc.更多还原
