【摘要】 针对英发公司目前存在的物料搬运薄弱环节,将生产物流系统分析方法应用于其生产设施布置的优化设计;并从各要素出发,建立优化模型;结合物料搬运规划了英发厂区的生产平面布置图和物流流程图;通过对多方案物流搬运系统总搬运工作量的对比,得到了生产物流设施布置的最优方案,使车间做到生产物流顺畅、搬运路线缩短、生产周期减小和生产成本降低,从而为企业竞争力提升提供了支持依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 In allusion to the weak links in the material handling of the Yingfa,this paper applies System Handling Analysis(SHA) to set out at its production facilities arrangement of optimum design;analyzes all the elements about how to improve efficiency of material handling systems in detail,puts forward the step which studies that system,and sets out from each main factor to build up optimal model.Integrated with the SLP (System Layout Planning),it makes a plan for the product plant’s layout and materials flow chart in the Yingfa. Trough the comparison to the whole transit quantity of different projects,the most optimized project of facilities arrangement of product is gained so that it makes the workshop smoothed the logistics,shorten the produce period,and lower the factor cost.Finally,enterprise competition ability is promoted so as to provide decision support.更多还原
