镁及镁合金在有机溶液中电化学行为研究

【摘要】 选用DMF(N,N-二甲基酰胺)、AN(乙腈)、PC(碳酸丙稀酯)和THF(四氢呋喃)四种非质子溶剂中添加Mg(ClO4)2配制成0.5M溶液,研究纯镁在其中的电化学性能;选用Mg+Ga+X和AP65两种镁合金,电解液为0.5M Mg(ClO4)2/DMF,测试其交流阻抗、恒电流放电性能。测试结果表明,镁电极在上述四种溶液中,表面均会形成一层钝化膜,从而导致放电时引起高的阳极极化现象。采用合金时,放电性能较纯镁电极有很大的改善。
【Abstract】 In this paper,electrochemical behavior of magnesium metal in 0.5M solutions of Mg(ClO4)2 in DMF(dimethylformamide),AN(acetonitrile),PC(propylene carbonate) and THF(tetrahydrofuran) were investigated.The electrochemical behaviors of Mg+Ga+X and AP65 magnesium alloys in 0.5M solutions of Mg(ClO4)2 in DMF were investigated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and constant-current discharge.The results indicate that magnesium metal is covered with passivating surface films in four solvents which results in high anodic polarization during discharging.Adopt magnesium alloy shows improved discharging properties.
