一种金属复合氧化物为催化剂的空气电极的研究

【摘要】 以一种金属复合氧化物为催化剂,以活性炭为载体,制备了空气电极。采用三电极体系测试了空气电极的阴极稳态极化曲线和200mA/cm~2电流密度下连续放电曲线。结果表明,在30%的NaOH溶液300mA/cm~2电流密度下,氧还原的过电位仅0.180V;200mA/cm~2的电流密度下放电,寿命可长达6000多小时。用此种空气电极作为阴极,可以大幅度提高锌-空气电池和铝-空气电池的电压。

【Abstract】 In this paper,air electrode was made by used a kind of complex compound metal oxide as catalyst,activated carbon as carrier.The electrocatalytic activity of the oxygen electrode was investigated by steady cathode polarization curves method,the continuous discharge curves was also test when the current density is 200mA/cm~2.It showed that when used this kind of complex metal oxides of as the catalyst of air cathode electrode,in the solution of 30%NaOH,when the current density is 300mA/cm~2,the overpatential of oxygen reduction was only 0.180V.In the air,the life of the air electrode was more than 6,000h under the current density at 200mA/cm~2 in 30%NaOH.Used this kind of air electrode as cathode of zinc-air battery or aluminum-air battery,the voltage could increased much.
