钨添加量对Pt-WO3/C催化剂活性的影响

【摘要】 以仲钨酸铵(N5H37W6O24·H2O)为钨前驱体,氯铂酸(H2PtCl6·6H2O)为铂前驱体,通过乙二醇(EG)法制备了Pt-WO3/C催化剂。采用X射线衍射光谱(XPS)对催化剂进行了表征,采用线性扫描(LSV)研究了钨前驱体添加量对催化剂活性的影响。结果表明:催化剂中钨含量远远小于钨前驱体添加量;钨前驱体添加量对催化剂活性有较大影响;当N5H37W6O24·H2O/H2PtCl6·6H2O为3/8时,催化剂活性最好,是Pt/C催化剂的1.6倍。
【Abstract】 Pt-WO3/C catalysts were prepared by EG method using N5H37W6O24·H2O and H2PtCl6·6H2O as the tungsten and platinum precursors,respectively.The catalysts were characterized by XPS and LSV,separately.The results indicate that the content of tungsten is far less than the addition of tungsten precursor.The amount of tungsten precursor displays important effect on the electrocatalytic activities.The Pt-WO3/C catalyst presents the best activity 1.6 times higher than Pt/C catalyst,when the atomic ratio of N5H37W6O24·H2O/H2PtCl6·6H2O is 3/8.
