球形NH4FePO4的制备及性能分析
Preparation and performance analysis of spherical NH4FePO4

【摘要】 采用液相沉淀法制备了球形NH4FePO4,通过XRD、SEM、FTIR等对其进行了测试表征,结果表明:该材料具有结晶完全的正交晶系结构,形貌为规则的球形颗粒,平均粒径为1.6μm,振实密度为1.73 g/cm3。
【Abstract】 The material of NH4FePO4 was synthesized by co-precipitation method.The product was characterized by XRD,SEM,FTIR and tap-density et al.And the results show that the material was crystied completely,and its crystial structure belongs to orthorhombic system.The average size of the spherical NH4FePO4 was 1.6μm,and its tap density was 1.73 g/cm3.The liquid-state co-precipitation method can construe the product’s figure and purity,and has low energy cost.
