【摘要】 慢病成为威胁人类健康的主导,社区是慢病防治的主阵地,中医药进社区适合慢病防控的需求。在进入社区后,可分类对老年人进行监控,根据不同人群的特点选择中医药社区适宜技术。痴呆已经成为威胁全人类健康重大慢病,病程漫长,病情逐渐加重,尚无确切有效的干预手段。将防治重心前移,早发现、早诊断、早干预,成为延缓疾病进程、提高生存质量、减少死亡率的有效措施。进行社区健康教育,提高认知障碍的知晓率。推广运用自我辨识系统及专业筛查系统,建立血管源性认知障碍社区中医药分层防治体系。推广运用血管源性轻度认知障碍中医综合干预社区适宜技术,推进中医药进社区。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chronic disease has become the main threat to health. The community is the Key Zones for Chronic disease. The use of Chinese medicine suit the need of chronic diseases prevention and control. If applied, TCM will satisfy the requirement of medical prevention and treatment in communities, key zones where the elderly can be monitored separately and doctors can select community-based TCM techniques according to characteristics of different group. Dementia, as a kind of major chronic disease, is threatening the human health severely with its long course, gradually worsening and lack of exactly effective intervention method. As an efficient measure of delaying process, promoting quality of life and declining death rate, Our key point should be moved forward to early stages, consisting of medical detection, diagnosis and intervention. Practice health education in communities. Promote the people’s awareness of cognitive impairment. Spread the application of self-detection system and professional screening system. Establish a community TCM system of layer-based prevention and treatment on VCI. Popularize the application of community-based technique belonging to TCM comprehensive intervention on VCI. And propel TCM application in community medicine extensively.更多还原
