【摘要】 目的:了解并分析男性强制隔离戒毒人员(以下简称强戒人员)的心理健康状况。方法:选取广西北海强制隔离戒毒所208名男性强戒人员为研究对象,根据自制的基本情况调查问卷和SCL-90症状自评量表对其进行测评,结果:①平均年龄为32岁;未婚或离婚丧偶者72.6%;高中以下文化者93.7%,所有强戒人员中最高学历为中专,仅占2.9%;村镇户口者占86%;因好奇而吸毒者占52.9%。②强戒人员的心理健康水平状况较为低下,其焦虑、抑郁情绪水平明显高于普通人群。③强戒人员的心理健康状况受文化程度、婚姻状况等因素的影响,文化程度高者优于文化程度低者,已婚优于未婚、离异或丧偶的强戒人员。结论与建议:建议对强戒人员采取以个别或团体心理辅导为基础,用运动干预为手段提高其心理健康水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To understand and enforce quarantine treatment of male staff (hereinafter referred to as strong guard staff) mental health. Methods: compulsory isolation of Beihai drug ring by 208 personnel strong male subjects, according to the basic situation of self-questionnaire and the SCL-90 symptom checklist for evaluation of its results: ① The average age was 32 years old; single 72.6% of those widowed or divorced; high school culture were 93.7% less, all powerful ring for the secondary education personnel in the highest, accounting for only 2.9%; towns accounted for 86% of the account; curiosity addicts accounted for 52.9%. ② strong ring state mental health workers was low, the anxiety and depression levels were significantly higher than the general population. ③ strong warning by the staff of mental health education, marital status and other factors, low education high education level than those who married than single, divorced or widowed persons of strong ring. Conclusions and recommendations: proposed stronger warning staff to take individual or group counseling, based on interference with the movement as a means to improve their mental health.更多还原
