【摘要】 目的:了解我省有关县市食品中多氯联苯(PCBs)的含量水平。方法:对临海、温岭、椒江、黄岩、三门、天台、仙居、玉环、镇海和慈溪等10个县(市、区)的主要食品中PCBs含量情况。结果:晚稻米PCBs含量在0.563-2.42ug/kg;鸡蛋的PCBs含量在1.99-11.12ug/kg之间,都在美国FDA规定鸡蛋允许值0.3PPm以下;鲫鱼的PCBs含量最高,含量在91.13-187.92ug/kg之间。结论:调查发现所检晚稻米、鸡蛋、鲫鱼等食品中都检出了PCBs,但其平均含量要比废旧变压器拆解集散地路桥区食品中含量(多氯联苯污染区)低100倍左右。更多还原
