【Abstract】 Extraction of tea polyphenol from lowand middlequality tea products and adding it to cigarette can reduce poison of free radicals from smoking.Exploitation of this new kind of health protection cigarette can provide relatively hygienical smoking products.On the other hand,it can enhance additional value of lowand middlequality tea products.In this paper,the cause of smoking trend formation in a society and the mechanism of smoking poison was reviewed.Why tea polyphenol can reduce free radicals from smoking and how to develop new smoking products by adding tea polyphenol to Chinese style cigarette was also discussed.Making full use of anti-oxidant role of tea polyphenol to exploit new health protection cigarette can reduce harm to people with smoking habit.更多还原
