【摘要】 排球普修课作为我国高校体育课的主干课程之一,在高校的体育教学中占有重要的地位。科学合理的排球普修课程体系是高校体育课实现培养目标的重要手段。软式排球作为一种新兴的体育项目,在我国部分高校开设后,为全面推进素质教育的实施,改革过去以竞技运动为中心的课程体系,转化为以健身为主体的课程设置,促进学生身心全面发展,树立终身体育的思想都起到了一定的作用。结合当前我国高校公共体育课程改革的现状和发展趋势,并根据现代社会发展对高校人才的要求,对我国高校软式排球课程的发展提出以下对策:加大高校对软式排球的宣传力度,加强学生对软式排球的认识;加大高校场地建设资金投入,完善软式排球的场地器材建设;牢牢把握"健康第一"的指导思想,加强排球课程内容的开发,优化教学内容;注重学生能力的培养和发展,重视教学方法和手段的改革与创新;建立完整的竞赛体系,举办多层次的软排比赛。更多还原

【Abstract】 Volleyball compulsory course,one of the major courses of PE in universities in our country,has occupied an important position.The scientific and valid system of volleyball compulsory course is the important method to achieve the educational objectives of PE in universities.Soft volleyball is the emerging sport.After the establishment of it in some universities,it has played a part in promoting the realization of education for all-around development,changing the course system which makes activity competition sports center in the past,transforming to the course offering which is major in body building,promoting the students all-around development in both body and thought,and setting up the lifelong sports thoughts.Concerning to the current situations and developing tendency in compulsory PE’s curriculum reform in our country’s universities nowadays,and also to the modern society’s developing demands for the college talents,there are some strategies for developing of the soft volleyball course in our country’s universities:give more publicity to the college soft volleyball; enhance the students’ understanding of the soft volleyball; enlarge the fund input for the construction of areas in universities and perfect the construction in area and equipments for soft volleyball; strengthen the exploration of volleyball course content and optimize the teaching content holding the guiding thought "Health First" firmly; pay attention to the students ability in cultivating and developing,and attach importance to the reformation and creation in teaching methods and ways; create a complete competition system and hold the multi-layer soft volleyball competition.更多还原
