【摘要】 [目的]评价三种治疗方案治疗湿热瘀阻证的活动期类风湿关节炎中远期疗效、安全性及各方案的优势与不足,探寻一种较为理想的中药治疗方案。[方法]本研究采用随机、队列试验研究,将78例湿热瘀阻证活动期RA患者随机分为中药组39例和中药加甲氨蝶呤组39例,与甲氨蝶呤组25例进行队列研究,疗程6个月。[结果]在疾病疗效方面中西药组疗效优于中药组,西药组相对较差;疾病活动度改善方面,中药组和中西药组均优于西药组,中药组和中西药组间无差异;实验室指标改善方面,中药组和中西药组对ESR的改善效果较好,其中对CRP的改善,中西药组疗效优于中药组及西药组,且起效最快;药物安全性方面,中药组较中西药组及西药组更为安全。[结论]中药治疗方案治疗活动期RA的疗效确切,能够有效改善活动期病情,而治疗早期根据病情需要亦可酌情应用西药免疫抑制剂和缓解病情抗风湿药物(DMARDs)联合治疗,起到尽早控制活动期症状,但治疗第3个月后单纯应用中药也可很好的缓解活动期RA的症状,与联合应用西药MTX效果无差异,且安全性更高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the medium-long term efficacy,safety and advantages,disavatages of three kinds of treatment in Dampness Heat type of active rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:Randomized controlled and cohort trials were adopted,The 78 patients were divided into Chinese medicine group and Chinese medicine plus Methotrexate group.The 25 patients were in the Methotrexate group.Total treatment course was 6 months.Result:The results of three groups were great and comparative.The efficacy of the Chinese and western medicine group is better than Chinese medicine group.For laboratory index:Chinese medicine and Chinese-western medicine has better effect on ESR; The Chinese medicine group is safer than the other two groups and rapid effect.Conclusion:The Chinese medicine is effective on active rheumatoid arthritis.In the early stage,western medicine can also be used to relieve the symptoms.But in 3rd month Chinese medicine can also relieve the symptoms and more safer.更多还原
