【摘要】 目的观察神磁香枕熏蒸,枕疗、耳疗治疗老年人原发性失眠症的临床疗效。方法采用随机、对照方法,将80例老年原发性失眠症患者随机分为两组。治疗组中药神磁香枕熏蒸、枕疗、耳疗。,对照组口服舒乐安定,治疗2个疗程后,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表来评定临床疗效。结果治疗组的总有效率92%,对照组的总有效率为84%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论中药熏蒸治疗老年人原发性失眠症疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of shen ci xiang zhen herbal fumigation for treating senile primary insomnia.Methods Seventy-six patients with senile primary insomnia were allocated to two groups by a random ized control method.The treat2 ment group received herbal fum igation p lus acupuncture and the control group took Estazolam orally.The curative effects were evaluated by using Pittsburgh sleep Quality index after two courses of treatment.Results The total efficacy rate was 92% in the treatment group and 84%in the control group and had a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Herbal fumigation plus acupuncture has an exact effect on senile primary insomnia.更多还原
