月经病虚寒证与Ⅰ/Ⅱ型T淋巴细胞的关系

Correlation between Type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ T Lymphocytes and Asthenia Cold Syndrome in Menopathy Patients

【摘要】 目的通过分析虚寒型月经病患者外周血Ⅰ/Ⅱ型细胞的极化状态,并与虚热型患者进行比较,从免疫方面初步探讨妇科虚寒证的部分发病机理。方法采用流式细胞技术分别检测月经病虚寒证、虚热证各30例患者外周血Ⅰ/Ⅱ型T淋巴细胞的变化。设正常对照组30例。结果与正常组相比,虚寒组CD3+T、CD8+T、Th2、Th2/Th1、Tc2、Tc1、Tc2/Tc1降低;CD4+T、CD4+T/CD8+T、Th1升高;与虚热组比,虚寒组CD8+T、Th2、Th2/Th1、Tc2、Tc2/Tc1降低;CD4+T、CD4+T/CD8+T、Th1、Tc1升高,CD3+T细胞的含量变化无统计学意义。结论月经病虚寒证患者Th2、Tc2细胞水平下降,Th1、Tc1细胞水平上升,从而导致Ⅰ/Ⅱ型T淋巴细胞间的极化状态发生改变,呈明显Ⅰ型T淋巴细胞优势,免疫调节功能紊乱,导致卵泡不能正常发育,最终引起痛经、月经过少、月经后期甚至闭经等月经病虚寒证的发生。

【Abstract】 Objective By analyzing the polarization state of typeⅠ and typeⅡ T lymphocytes in peripheral blood from patients with menopathy due to asthenia cold,and comparing them with menopathy patients due to asthenia heat,to approach the pathogenesis of asthenia cold in the respect of immunity.Methods The method of flow cytometry was adopted to respectively detect typeⅠ and typeⅡ T lymphocytes in peripheral blood from 30 patients with asthenia cold syndrome and 30 menopathy patients with asthenia heat syndrome,the 30 healthy adμLts were made as control.ResμLts Compared with normal group,the percentage of CD3+、CD8+ 、Th2、Th2/ Th1、Tc2、Tc1、Tc2/ Tc1 in group of the asthenia cold syndrome were decreased,CD4+、CD4+ /CD8+、Th1 increased ,compared with group of the asthenia heat syndrome,the percentage of CD8+ 、Th2、Th2/ Th1、Tc2、Tc2/ Tc1 were decreased,CD4+、CD4+ /CD8+、Th1、Tc1 were increased,there were no statistically significant in the changes of CD3+.Conclusion The percentage of Th2、Tc2 were decreased and Th1、Tc1 were increased in patients with menopathy due to asthenia cold syndrome,which resμLted in changed polarization of typeⅠ and typeⅡ T lymphocytes,displayed obviously preponderance of typeⅠ T lymphocytes,disordered immune modμLation function,lead to ovarian follicle failing to develop normally,thus,dysmenorrhea,hypomenorrhea,delayed menorrhea,even amenorrhea etc due to asthenia cold happened.
