提高建筑涂料隔热性能的研究
Research on Heat-shielding Performance of Architecture Coating

【摘要】 主要讨论了自制的反射隔热涂料的反射、辐射隔热性能。通过实验,考察了云母粉、反光粉以及其含量对涂料性能的影响,并对其隔热机理和含量比的影响作了探讨。指出云母粉和反光粉能够比较明显的提高涂料的隔热性能,可以作为一种添剂在建筑涂料中使用。而且发现,在文中条件下,相对于反光粉,云母粉对涂料反射性能的影响更大。
【Abstract】 It discussed the echo and radiation heat-shielding performance of self-made echo heat insulation coating. Based on the experiment result, the effect of the mica powder and glisten powder and their content on the performance of coating, the heat-shielding mechanism and the content ratio is researched. It shows that the mica powder and the glisten powder can improve the heat-shielding performance of the coating obviously, and they can be used as an additive to the architectural coating. It also shows that the effect of mica powder on the echo performance is greater than that of the glisten powder.
