【摘要】 本文在一个开放的国际技术经济环境下,构建一个技术领先国与技术后发国的产业技术进步与技术转移模型,讨论了技术差距、技术创新的累积性程度、技术复杂度等产业技术特征对知识产权的技术创新效应的影响及其政策含义。本文的研究结果表明,由于不同产业技术特征的差异,发展中国家应该选择差异性的知识产权保护与产业技术创新策略,并根据不同产业技术进步和发展的阶段性,调整知识产权政策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the open international technologic and economic environments,this paper built a model on industry technology progress and transfer between technology lead countries and laggard countries,and discussed the technology characters’ effects on innovation of intellectual property and its policy meanings.We concluded that because of the differences of industry technology characters,developing countries should choose different strategies on intellectual property protect and industry technology innovation,and adjust the policies of intellectual property based on the phase of industry technology progress and development.更多还原
