【摘要】 对健康成熟的雄性稀有鮈鲫进行人工采精。研究不同水体、盐度(NaCl溶液)和pH对稀有鮈鲫精子活力的影响,并测定了精子的大小、密度。结果表明:精子头部长约(1.246±0.083)μm,宽约(1.053±0.172)μm,尾长约(15.496±1.257)μm;精子密度为(4.623±0.170)×109ind./ml;精子活力以江水中最高;精子生存的最适NaCl浓度为0.55%,此溶液中精子的快速运动时间,有效运动时间及寿命分别为(36.04±2.55)s、(50.57±2.69)s和(87.83±9.02)s;精子在pH为9.0的蒸馏水中活力最强,此时精子的快速运动时间,有效运动时间及寿命分别为(23.30±2.23)s、(36.72±3.63)s和77.30±5.71)s。更多还原

【Abstract】 The healthy male Gobiocypris rarus were selected and their sperm were collected from the body by artificial conduction.Effect of different aqueous solution,salinity(NaCl solution) and pH on the sperm motility of G.rarus were studied.Meanwhile,the density and size of the sperm were also measured.The resulted showed:the head length,the head width and the tail length were about(1.246±0.083)μm,(1.053±0.172)μm,(15.496±1.257)μm,respectively; sperm density was(4.623±0.170)×10~9ind./ml.The sperm motility of G rarus spermatozoa in river water was the best among different aqueous solutions.The most suitable concentration for sperm was 0.55%in different concentration of NaCl solutions,with the fast movement time,available movement time and life time were(36.04±2.55)s,(50.57±2.69)s and(87.83±9.02)s,respectively. Sperm acquisition of high motility at pH9.0,with the fast movement time,available time and life time were(23.30±2.23)s,(36.72±3.63)s and(77.30±5.71)s,respectively.更多还原
