反相高效液相色谱法同时测定食品中的苯甲酸、山梨酸、脱氢乙酸

【摘要】 目的建立反相高效液相色谱法同时测定食品中的苯甲酸、山梨酸、脱氢乙酸的方法。方法食品中的苯甲酸、山梨酸、脱氢乙酸经前处理后,过0.45μm超滤膜,经高效液相色谱C18柱的分离,二极管阵列检测品(DAD)二230nm处检测,以保留时间定性,峰高或峰面积定量。样品经溶解超滤后用反相高效液相色谱仪测定。结果该方法对苯甲酸、山梨酸、脱氢乙酸的分离度好,相对标准偏差分别为0.50%、0.46%、0.66%,回收率分别为104.8%、107.2%、96.9%,检出限分别为12ng,8ng,10ng。当样品量为5g,定容体积50mL,进样量30μL时,其最低检出浓度分别为0.004g/kg,0.003g/kg,0.003g/kg。色素、乙酰磺胺酸钾、糖精钠均不干扰其测定。结论该方法精密度高、准确度好、选择性强,适用于食品中苯甲酸、山梨酸、脱氢乙酸的定性定量分析。

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the method of detection of benzoicacid,sorbic acid, dehydroacetic acid in foods based on the use of Re-HPLC at the same time.[method]:Detect benzoicacid,sorbic acid,dehydroacetic acid in foods by Re-HPLC-DAD with single sample after dissolution and filtration.[Results]This method can detect benzoicacid,sorbic acid, dehydroacetic acid with fine resolution.The relative standard deviations are 0.50%、0.46%、0.66%,the average recovery are 104.8%、107.2%、96.9%.The detection limits are 12ng, 8ng,10ng.the concentration limits are 0.004g/kg,0.003g/kg,0.003g/kg.Pigments, acetosulfamine kalium,and saccharin sadium have no disturbance in the process.[Conclusion]: This method is validated in terms of sensitivity,accuracy,and selectivity.antiinterference in detection of benzoicacid,sorbic acid,dehydroacetic acid in foods.
