下一代网络体系中IVR系统的研究

【摘要】 在这篇论文中我们提出了在下一代网络中新一代计算机电话集成系统的整体结构,对其核心部件IVR(interactive voice response)系统即交互式语音应答系统进行了设计和具体实现。基于下一代网络中的标准协议Megaco协议我们实现了IVR系统的媒体的控制和传输机制。我们还对于IVR服务器的结构特征和程序设计进行了具体说明。

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the new architecture of CTI application in NGN(next generation network) and the method of designing and implementing the IVR system.Megaco protocol is used for the control and transmission of media stream in the IVR system and the principle of the transmission mechanism is outlined.The technological features of the IVR system as well as the program models are also describeo in this paper.
